Senior Exploration Geologist
Louis is a geologist with 10 years of industry experience including work on exploration projects in nickel and uranium in Canada, and in gold and base metals in Australasia. He also held a geologic modelling role with MMG Ltd. building and maintaining virtual 3D models for all assets worldwide including VHMS, skarn and African Cu-belt style deposits and providing in-house training. Louis holds a B.Sc. from McGill University in Canada and a M.Sc. from Monash University with a thesis on the structural architecture of an orogenic gold deposit in Western Australia.
Tom Andrews B.Env.SC. (Hons)
Graduate Exploration Geologist
Tom is an early career geologist, with two years’ experience across gold and base metals in Australia. He completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science majoring in geoscience, ecology and conservation biology. He then began working as a student geologist at MMG Ltd. during his bachelors at Monash University, and upon its completion he joined the team exploring for sediment-hosted lead zinc deposits in the Northern Territory. This work lead into his Honours project at the University of Tasmania, which investigated the trace element geochemistry of a zinc prospect in the McArthur Basin. Since competing his Honours, he spent time as a contract geologist at a gold mine in Queensland, before starting with Kalamazoo in October of 2019.
