Snake Well North Base Metals Project, Murchison

Located in the Murchison Region 160km east of Mount Magnet of Western Australia Kalamazoo has been exploring at Snake Well Base Metals Project since the first tenement (E59/2900) was granted in 2022. In addition to this tenement Kalamazoo has made two more exploration licence applications which are both awaiting grant (E59/2900 and E59/2942).  The project is ideally located directly to the north of the Snake Well Gold Project, which formed a key role in Kalamazoo’s IPO and listing on the ASX in 2017.  This project was subsequently sold to Adaman Resources for $7 million in 2019.   Early Archaean greenstone belts in the Murchison including the Archaean Tallering Greenstone Belt, and Yalgoo Greenstone Belt that hosts the Golden Grove and Scuddles deposits, are widely recognised as prospective terrains for volcanic hosted massive sulphide (“VHMS”) type mineralisation.

Hosted by the Archaean Tallering Greenstone Belt, it shares similarities with 29 Metals’ (ASX: 29M) nearby Golden Grove base metal mine, which boasts a 2022 Resource of 61.4Mt @ 1.7% Cu, 0.7 g/t Au, 4.0% Zn, 28 g/t Ag and 0.2% Pb

Kalamazoo is currently reprocessing and reviewing historical geophysical data, resulting in the identification of several base metal targets that will be the focus of future exploration programs.

Mallina West Gold Project, Pilbara

The Mallina West Gold Project (E47/2983 [80% interest in mineral rights other than lithium], E47/4342, E47/4489, E47/4490, E47/4491) covers 484km² in the Pilbara region.

The project area is considered prospective for “Hemi-style” high magnesium intrusion related gold mineralisation, similar to those identified at the Hemi discovery 50km to the north east, as well as additional styles of mineralisation associated with the Wohler Shear Zone, a prospective splay of the Tabba, Mallina, Withnell and Berghaus Shear Zone complex.

The project lies within a larger area currently undergoing significant gold exploration and contains the north-east trending Mt Wohler Shear, a major splay from the gold mineralised Mallina Shear to the north.
